You will assist the Packaging Development Project Managers as a lead on certain projects and provide support on others:Participation in the development of new products: analysis of marketing briefs, briefing of suppliers, monitoring of packaging/color proposals and validation with the marketing teams, and recommendations for decision-makingOrganization and monitoring of the qualification of primary and secondary packaging for new products and revisions (quality issues, technical improvements, decoration, or eco-responsible approach)Monitoring packaging design development with the in-house studio and the various parties involved in the review process: regulatory, marketing, supply, etc. Monitoring reverse schedules and budgets with internal and external contacts to ensure the smooth running of the project and alerting in case of risksWorking with the Master Data team to manage requests for the creation and modification of product codes, packaging items, nomenclatures, and logistics dataSupporting the team in improving existing processes: drafting/updating procedures, testing to validate new working methodsRequired skills for this position:Engineering degree in mechanics, materials, industrial design, or general engineering. Specialization in packaging is a plus. An affinity for products and/or packaging: a particular interest in working to deliver a great consumer experience. Initial experience as an assistant project manager for consumer products, or in the field of packaging (contractor, supplier); in the cosmetics sector would be a plus. Knowledge of packaging materials and their shaping. Knowledge of the graphic chain would be a plus. Good knowledge of IT tools (Google Suite, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), initial experience with ERP is a plus (SAP, other). En quoi consiste ce stage ?Rejoignez une équipe dynamique : l’équipe R&D des Laboratoires Cosmétiques Filorga. Collaborer avec l'équipe des données de référence pour gérer les demandes de création et de modification des codes produits, des articles d'emballage, des nomenclatures et des données logistiquesAppuyer l'équipe dans l'amélioration des processus existants : rédaction/mise à jour des procédures, tests pour valider les nouvelles méthodes de travailCompétences requises pour ce poste :Diplôme d'ingénieur en mécanique, matériaux, design industriel ou génie général. Une spécialisation en emballage est un atout. Un goût prononcé pour les produits et/ou les emballages : un intérêt particulier pour la création d’une expérience client exceptionnelle. Une expérience initiale en tant qu'assistant chef de projet pour des produits de consommation ou dans le domaine de l'emballage (entrepreneur, fournisseur) ; une expérience dans le secteur des cosmétiques serait un atout. Connaissance des matériaux d'emballage et de leur mise en forme. La connaissance de la chaîne graphique serait un atout. Bonne connaissance des outils informatiques (Google Suite, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), une expérience initiale avec un ERP est un plus (SAP, autre).
