Your work helps decision-makers make informed choices and identify opportunities.Methodology: You use agile methods such as Scrum and Kanban to work efficiently and ensure our projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.Your SkillsetExperience and Expertise: You have initial experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist and excellent skills in analysing and interpreting complex datasets.Education: You hold a degree in a STEM subject or a related field.Analytical Skills and Data Visualisation: You have strong analytical skills and can solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions. You also have experience creating meaningful data visualisations that present complex information simply, clearly and precisely.Communication and Business Partnership: You can communicate complex analyses clearly and convincingly in German and English. You are a strong team player who collaborates effectively with a range of stakeholders.Modern Data Stack and Data Modelling: You have worked with a modern data stack and are familiar with the latest tools and technologies. You have experience designing effective data structures that enable efficient analysis and interpretation.Initiative and Methodology: You are proactive and passionate about continuous learning and personal development.
