Based on performance, there are prospects for a full-time role with us or within the investor's portfolio.Your roleYou will work on projects across strategy, commercial growth, and operations:Strategy & operationsConduct market and competitor research to sharpen strategic prioritiesSupport the management team with board and investor materials, reporting, and KPI trackingAnalyze financials and business performance to identify improvement leversContribute to process improvements and cross-functional initiativesSalesShape our sales strategy: define the ideal customer profile (ICP), segment target markets, and develop outreach strategies and messaging by segmentSupport sales initiatives: pipeline analysis, lead generation, pricing, and go-to-market planningAnalyze customer and market data to identify new sales opportunitiesPrepare sales materials, offers, and customer presentationsConduct sales outreach and maintain the sales pipeline in our CRMMarketing, SEO/GEO & brandDevelop and execute marketing initiatives, including content strategy and campaignsDrive SEO and GEO (generative engine optimization) to improve visibility in search engines and AI-driven searchContribute to branding, positioning, and messagingTrack and analyze marketing performance and channel resultsAutomation & AIIdentify and automate manual processes in sales, marketing, and reporting using AI tools and workflow automationBuild and test AI-supported workflows, such as lead research, outreach personalization, content production, and reportingEvaluate new AI tools and roll out the ones that deliver measurable efficiency gainsEntrepreneurial projectsTake ownership of ad-hoc projects arising from the business, with real responsibility and visibilityYour profileOutstanding written and spoken English and GermanCurrently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business, Economics, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or a related field, with strong academic resultsFirst experience in sales, marketing/growth, consulting, corporate finance, or an entrepreneurial environmentStrong Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with SEO tools, analytics, or CRM systems is a plusInterest in AI and automation, ideally with hands-on experience using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or no-code platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make, n8n)Entrepreneurial mindset: you take initiative, think like an owner, and don't wait to be told what to doComfortable with ambiguity, quick to learn, and able to move from idea to execution on your ownAnalytical and structured, with a good feel for both numbers and brand and market dynamicsCommunicative and confident when working with the management team and external partnersWhat we offerDirect exposure to the management team and a seat at the table in relevant meetings, with colleagues, investors, and external partnersHands-on experience across strategy, sales, marketing, brand building, and AI-driven automationReal ownership of projects from day one, with room to try things, make decisions, and see the resultsA fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment with short decision pathsRegular development conversations with the management teamStrong prospects for a full-time position with us or within the investor's portfolio for high performersFlexible location: DACH region or hybrid
