What You’ll Be Responsible ForContributing to the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise web-based applications for the financial services sector, supporting a Cover Pool Management solution within the Sustainable/Public Finance domain.Producing high-quality, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to development best practices.Creating and executing unit tests to ensure the reliability and stability of developed software components.Collaborating with international teams and business stakeholders to deliver effective technical solutions.Required Experience & Technical Skills7+ years of hands-on software development experience with Java, Hibernate, SQL, SOAP, JAXB, and Spring Framework.Experience working with web technologies, including JavaScript and Apache Cocoon.Strong understanding of CI/CD practices and source code management tools such as Gradle, SVN, and Git.Ability to support, enhance, and maintain long-standing enterprise applications, including systems with a legacy codebase spanning 15+ years.Experience developing and maintaining unit and integration tests.Basic knowledge of banking and financial services, ideally with exposure to Cover Pool Management.
