Make a real impact with the following responsibilities:Design, build, and maintain internal integration pipelines and automation tools that connect various internal systems;Automate inbound lead processing, support email analysis, SLA tracking, and response drafting; integrate AI for duplicate detection and cleanup;Enhance documentation infrastructure (Jekyll, custom plugins) and OpenSearch-driven search analytics;Build AI-assisted translation pipelines for docs, courses, and product UI;Create dashboards and data extraction workflows that give marketing, sales, and HR actionable insights;Automate payroll/attendance reporting integrations with internal time tracker and handle training/certificate generation workflows;Document your tools, integrations, and processes thoroughly; ensure knowledge transfer and maintain runbooks for internal and external stakeholders;Work in a tight team of open-minded professionals;Be the person responsible for your time management and workflow to meet agreed deadlines.
