QA/QC Engineer / Supervisor – Civil Works | Berlin, GermanyNorconsulting is currently looking for an experienced QA/QC Engineer / Supervisor (Civil Works) to join a major industrial/energy construction project in Berlin, Germany.Reporting to the QA/QC Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and supervising civil quality control activities throughout the construction phase, ensuring compliance with project specifications, contractual requirements and applicable quality standards.This is a site-based, hands-on position, working closely with construction teams and subcontractors.Key Responsibilities• Implement and supervise QA/QC activities for civil works• Coordinate and perform site inspections in accordance with approved Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs)• Monitor quality of concrete, structural and general civil works• Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, procedures and applicable standards• Review and maintain inspection reports, quality records and supporting documentation• Manage and follow up Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and corrective actions• Monitor subcontractor quality performance and compliance• Support the implementation of the Project Quality Plan and Quality Management System (QMS)• Coordinate with construction, engineering and subcontractor teams• Support preparation of quality dossiers and handover documentationRequirements• 5–8 years of experience in Civil QA/QC positions within industrial, energy or infrastructure construction projects• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical discipline• Strong practical experience in concrete, structural and civil works quality control• Good knowledge of ITPs, inspection procedures, NCR management and quality documentation• Knowledge of ISO standards and Quality Management Systems (QMS)• Experience coordinating inspections and subcontractor quality activities• Strong communication and coordination skills• English B2/C1 minimum• German B2 is a strong advantage• Available at short notice, with a maximum notice period of one month📍 Location: Berlin, Germany🏗️ Position: Site-based📅 Start: As soon as possible#QAQC #QAQCEngineer #QualityEngineer #CivilEngineer #CivilEngineering #QualityControl #ConstructionJobs #Concrete #StructuralEngineering #ITP #NCR #BerlinJobs #GermanyJobs #EngineeringJobs
