Facilitate decisions across teams and trains, working with Architects, Product Managers and other stakeholders to keep delivery moving. Identify, test and scale AI use cases across refinement, testing, reporting, release and other delivery activities; share proven practices with the Scrum Master community. Challenge current ways of working, measure outcomes and implement practical improvements that raise productivity and quality. Track delivery performance — including planned versus delivered work, spillover, defect levels and service-level objectives — and use the data as a basis for improvement. Coordinate and communicate pre-production and production releases, on rotation with the train’s other Scrum Masters.
