This role is essential to the success and maturity of Stryker's Data Protection Program. As the volume of sensitive data, cloud collaboration, and AI-enabled workflows continues to grow, dedicated expertise is required to proactively manage risk, improve visibility, and ensure data remains protected throughout its lifecycle.What you will do:Lead the implementation and optimization of data loss prevention (DLP) controls across endpoints, email, and cloud platforms to reduce data exposure riskManage and maintain data classification, labeling, and encryption policies aligned with enterprise data governance standardsAnalyze DLP alerts and incidents, identify root causes, and drive remediation to improve detection accuracy and reduce repeat incidentsDevelop and enhance detection use cases to identify sensitive data exposure, unauthorized sharing, and data exfiltrationCollaborate with Legal, Privacy, HR, Compliance, and IT teams to ensure controls meet regulatory requirements such as GDPR and SOXOversee delivery of cybersecurity initiatives by external partners, ensuring timely execution and adherence to quality standardsSupport implementation of email encryption and secure external sharing mechanisms to protect sensitive communicationsProduce operational dashboards and executive reports to track program effectiveness, risk trends, and adoption of data protection controlsWhat you will need:Minimum 2 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on data protection or DLP.Hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Information Protection (MIP), or other enterprise DLP platforms.Strong understanding of data classification, encryption, and regulatory requirements (e.g., PII, PHI, CUI).Ability to interpret technical data and translate it into actionable recommendations.Experience providing technical leadership or guidance to teams or contractors.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Experience analyzing security incidents and conducting root cause investigationsProven experience delivering multiple projects simultaneously within defined timelinesFluent in EnglishProfessional cybersecurity certifications preferred (e.g., CISSP, CISM, or equivalent)Poland Pay Ranges:Poland: zł157.200 - zł262.100 PLN AnnualAt Stryker, we believe transparency helps candidates make confident decisions about their next career step.
