T-Corp Advisory
LinkedInjuniorEnglish-friendly
A cross-functional role in the founder’s office (approx. 8 hours/week onsite)ABOUT T-CORPT-Corp is developing a software-enabled B2B advisory product that gives business leaders an independent second opinion when important decisions require careful examination. We are an early-stage company, building our product while developing the commercial and operating sides of the business.THE OPPORTUNITYYou will work directly with the founder on practical projects spanning product, research, operations and early commercial development. The role is designed for someone who already has one or more strengths but wants to explore adjacent areas, gain practical experience and discover where they can contribute most effectively.Explore broadly. Find where you are strongest. Build from there. You do not need to arrive with a fixed career direction or experience in every area. Different combinations of skills, experience and curiosity are welcome.WHAT YOU MAY WORK ONThe mix will depend on your existing strengths, interests and learning objectives. Projects may include:Product & UI/UX: Testing software, reviewing website and product design, and identifying usability or communication problems.Research: Investigating companies, markets, technologies and business questions, then turning findings into useful conclusions.Founder’s Office: Preparing meetings, organising information, maintaining follow-up, and helping keep agreed actions on track.People & Operations: Exploring how coordination and internal processes can be organised and improved.Commercial projects: Researching prospective customers, preparing business materials and assisting with early market experiments. Some projects will be clearly defined. Others will require you to investigate a problem, work out what is needed and propose a practical approach. These are possible areas of exploration, not a promise that every task will form part of the role.WHO MIGHT FIT?We care more about what you can demonstrate and how you approach problems than about a particular degree or previous job title. You might come from technology, software testing, design or UX, research, business, sales, operations, communications or another field. Students, recent graduates and people who have changed direction are welcome to apply. One developed capability, combined with curiosity about adjacent fields, is a good starting point. We value people who:Learn quickly and investigate unfamiliar problems.Take initiative rather than waiting for every step to be prescribed.Communicate well, listen carefully and notice details.Organise their own work and follow through on commitments.Recognise when they need context, feedback or a decision from someone else.Enjoy improving things and learning from experience. You do not need to be equally strong in every area. A combination of technical, creative, analytical and interpersonal skills can be particularly useful.English is the working language. Dutch and other languages are a bonus.WORKING STYLEThere will be regular in-person time with the founder to exchange context, discuss work, explore ideas and review progress.Outside those sessions, you will have flexibility to organise your independent work and work remotely. We value clear communication, sensible planning and completed work rather than being online at the same times throughout the day.You should be comfortable managing your own schedule within agreed commitments, keeping others informed when something changes, and making progress without continuous supervision.LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENTYou will work closely with the founder, with defined learning objectives, regular feedback and opportunities to take on more responsibility as you develop.Over time, we will review what you have learned, where you perform particularly well and which areas you would like to explore further. Your projects may then become more focused on a particular strength, whether in product and UX, research, operations, people or commercial development. The aim is to help you build demonstrable experience and make better-informed decisions about your professional direction.A future paid position may be considered as T-Corp grows and a suitable role emerges, subject to your performance.PRACTICAL DETAILSLocation: Amsterdam, NetherlandsIn-person work: Two fixed afternoons per week, typically 13:00–17:00, working directly with the founder.Flexible work: Any additional agreed hours can be scheduled flexibly and completed remotely where appropriate, within the agreed weekly commitment. This is currently an unpaid opportunity, with no salary or internship allowance available. The placement will include agreed learning objectives, supervision and feedback, under a formal arrangement appropriate to the applicable Dutch requirements. The duration will be agreed together, taking the learning objectives and mutual fit into account.TO APPLYPlease send your CV and a short note answering:1. Tell us about a project, task or responsibility that best shows what you can contribute. What did you personally do?2. Describe a time you had to make progress without clear instructions or someone reminding you. How did you decide what to do next?3.
