We are one of the squads in the Foundations organization, which is a collection of squads dedicated to engineering enablement: infrastructure, services, storage, tooling, documentation, processes, and more. COR works closely with many other squads across the company for everything from optimizing our infrastructure costs & engineering efficiency to providing systems to scale our application platform to multiple geographies.The RoleA Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) in the COR team is responsible for creating and maintaining our Kubernetes platform as well as cloud configuration and most of Outreach’s infrastructure (with special focus on AZURE). Every SRE in our team is expected to be empathetic to our customers (other engineers) and focused on overall performance and reliability of systems we own.A Staff SRE, specifically, is expected to be fully self-reliant and able to independently drive medium sized technical projects.LocationWhile our main office is in Prague, this position is remote friendly (within Czechia).To support in-person team chemistry, we organize team meetups every month at the main office.
