You are a member of the Customer Digital Leadership Team (Digitalization) and hierarchically lead the Port Performance Analytics team (5-8 employees). De manager is verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen, coachen, ondersteunen en ontwikkelen van medewerkers, zowel op inhoudelijk als op procesmatig vlak.
