Responsibilities- Design, implement, and maintain robust ServiceNow integrations and architecture standards, leveraging REST, SOAP, APIs, MID Server, OAuth/SSO, and LDAP- Develop scalable platform solutions using IntegrationHub, Scoped Applications, and App Engine Studio, while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture- Manage platform lifecycle activities including upgrade, cloning, and release strategies to guarantee stable and compliant operations- Implement and enforce security controls (ACLs) and ensure adherence to audit, risk, and compliance requirements- Continuously optimize platform performance, scalability, and reliability, collaborating with architecture, security, and operations teams to deliver end-to-end solutionsThis position is suitable for candidates of any gender.
