What We OfferOpportunity to accelerate the pace of digitalization growth through either e-commerce, advanced technology, business intelligence and analytics.Driving high-impact insights enhancing decision making across the entire organization.Driving brand equity and digital sales through enhanced digital experiences.Interaction with senior business (and/or ecommerce) leaders on regular basis to drive their business towards impactful change.What You Will DoChampion the cause of our clients by leading development of Data & Analytics products and their implementation; and help build lasting client relationshipsLead projects and client interactionsSet up and facilitate workshops, interviews and discovery sessions with client teams to understand business processes, aspirations & challenges, define product requirements, and shape roadmap priorities for effective Data & Analytics solutions.Shape a clear product vision for each engagement — defining the outcomes that matter, identifying where current processes fall short, and ensuring solutions are designed around measurable business impactPrepare viable and efficient plans for project execution, in conjunction with various stakeholders across multiple organizations and disciplinesActively manage execution of Data Analytics projects with activities including, but not limited to:Define sprint goals and priorities in close collaboration with the development team; run or oversee regular sprint ceremonies to maintain cadence, reveal blockers, and keep delivery aligned with product goalsMonitor & manage project progress, delivery risks, and ensure project completes on time, within budget and the full scope is deliveredMaintain and communicate a clear product roadmap to client stakeholders, balancing short-term delivery needs with longer-term product goalsTrouble shoot & help manage challenges faced by the teamEnsure effective & timely communication with all stakeholdersTake ownership of project governance and adherence to execution plansLead a cross cultural and multi-skilled team of solution architects, functional experts, Data & Analytics developers to design and implement effective solutionsPartner clients in adoption of the developed solutions to derive business process improvements and ROIHave a willingness to travel as needed for client projectsSupport sales efforts via preparation of proposals, case studies and client presentationsWhat You’ll BringMust haves:5+ years of experience in Data analytics, technology or consulting project execution & delivery, with 1+ years at a project lead level2+ years of experience with data & analytics solutions delivery, with exposure to cloud computing environmentsA degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, etc.) or MBAExperience in product ownership and project management, including backlog management, stakeholder alignment, and delivering successful data & analytics productsExperience with Waterfall and/or Agile way of working and running scrum teamsConsulting bent of mind, with strong business acumen, problem solving abilities and quantitative aptitudeMinimum basic level programming skills in SQL with high levels of comfort in handling multidimensional data setsAwareness of Data & Analytics solution concepts and current trends on Data Warehousing, BI, Reporting, Data Science and AIStrong communication skills (oral and written); fluent in English. Knowledge of other EU languages is a plusAbility to innovate and deal with a constantly changing environmentExperience in managing multiple stakeholders across clients, peers, and supervisorsGood to have:Knowledge of Python, PowerBI, Tableau, cloud analytics solutions, Data Science Modelling, Deep Learning & AIKnowledge of Data warehouse design, development and maintenanceExperience with designing and developing solution architectureExperience with product discovery techniques such as user research, opportunity mapping, or jobs-to-be-done frameworksAt Adaptfy, we are driven by curiosity and collaboration.
