We are looking for a Junior AI Automation Developer to assist our principals in this specific engagement. This role is focused on the intersection of technical execution and written analysis. The purpose is not to build generic software, but to create tools that allow our advisors to conduct a more thorough reading and scrutiny of complex client data. This is a fully remote position, providing the autonomy to perform deep work from any location. The Role In this role, you will focus on automating the collection and preliminary synthesis of large volumes of internal documentation. Since JHC Consulting relies on the written word rather than slide decks, your daily tasks will center on text processing and document analysis. You will be responsible for the following: Developing small, efficient Python scripts to extract and structure information from diverse document types. Building and testing prompts for language models to assist in the initial analysis of corporate records. Documenting the logic behind every automation to ensure the transparency of our findings. Collaborating with principals to understand the specific questions that require a dissenting read. Ensuring that all data processed for the Milan based partner is handled with strict discretion. Refining text processing workflows to maintain the high standards of accuracy required for our memoranda. Drafting short technical reports that explain how automated tools were used in a specific mandate. Monitoring the quality of automated outputs to prevent errors in the final written record.
