You'll use AI tools, agents and skills every day to prepare meetings, summarize outcomes, analyze data and automate recurring tasks, and you'll help us find new ways to apply them.In project management, your focus will be on post-merger integration: you'll help integrate portfolios that SAP has acquired. This is a good fit if you like structure, enjoy working with people, are curious about what the numbers show, and want hands-on experience with AI in a real business setting.What You'll DoProject management & post-merger integration:Support project management for the post-merger integration of acquired portfolios by tracking timelines, dependencies and open points across workstreamsOrganize and prepare team and stakeholder meetings, including agendas, materials, notes and follow-upsKeep the project action trackers up to date and help make sure open items get followed upSummarize outcomes, decisions and next steps, and share them with the right audiencesMaintain project status materials and updates for leadership reviewsAnalytics & ReportingCreate ad-hoc reports and analyses that answer business questions from the team and stakeholdersHelp maintain and improve dashboards in SAP Analytics Cloud and other BI toolsGather and document requirements for new reports or enhancementsIdentify ways to automate recurring reporting tasks based on AI Agents & SkillsWhat You’ll BringWe’re looking for someone who takes the initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.Currently enrolled in a Master's program in business, economics, information systems or a related fieldStrong organizational skills: you keep track of details and follow throughClear, structured communication in English, both written and spoken, German is a plusAn analytical mindset and confidence working with data in Excel or similar toolsSolid PowerPoint skillsPrevious internship or working student experience in operations, consulting, project management or analyticsA proactive attitude and the confidence to ask questions and suggest improvementsWorking from Berlin office is required.
