This role offers a unique opportunity to lead the development of critical product features, guide a talented team of developers, and influence the technical direction of our platform. As Lead Dev, you will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of features, making architectural decisions aligned with our scalability and product goals, and maintaining high standards of code quality. You will stay hands-on in the codebase while mentoring team members, fostering a culture of craftsmanship, and ensuring timely delivery of high-impact projects.
