This role demands a blend of technical prowess in both front-end and back-enddevelopment, deep understanding of ServiceNow’s ITSM, ServOps, and Asset Management modules, and the ability to craft solutions that meet complex business needs.Design, develop, and implement tailored solutions within the ServiceNow platform, focusing on ITSM, ServOps, and Asset Management modules.• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective, scalable, and maintainable solutions.• Customize and enhance ServiceNow applications and workflows to optimize processes and user experiences.• Develop both client-side and server-side scripts to enhance functionality and create seamless integrations.• Ensure solutions are developed with high standards of security, data protection, and compliance.• Manage the full software development lifecycle, including testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.• Develop and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow applications and integrations.• Conduct code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices.• Provide mentorship and support to junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.• Stay abreast of the latest ServiceNow features, updates, and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency.
