As an Interim Human Resources Manager you will report directly to the HR Business Partner for Northern Europe, covering our Sales and Marketing branches in 7 countries. The primary objective is to support our People Advantage and high performance culture through performance management and talent development. A large part of the mission is recruitment focused and you will be critical in coaching leadership in the business team to develop and drive their people strategy to recruit, develop and retain the best people. The spoken language in this position is English.
