Process Mining Engineer – CelonisLocation: Spain or PortugalContract: 12 monthsType: Autonomo/B2B/ContractorStart: ASAPRate: €30/hourWe are looking for a Process Mining Engineer with strong Celonis experience to join a long-term project focused on analysing, optimising and digitalising complex business processes.You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders, transforming process data into actionable insights and measurable process improvements.ResponsibilitiesIntegrate data into Celonis and maintain process-mining data models.Develop and implement process-mining insights across complex business processes.Create dashboards and visualisations using Celonis.Analyse process data and identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies and optimisation opportunities.Translate process-mining findings into measurable business improvements.Work closely with data engineers, data analysts, business analysts and other stakeholders.Contribute to the continuous improvement of process-mining methodologies and techniques.Support users in understanding and using deployed process-mining insights.RequirementsApproximately 4+ years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in process mining or a similar position.Strong hands-on experience with process-mining tools and techniques, preferably Celonis.Good understanding of business processes and the ability to analyse complex digital processes using data and data streams.Experience with SQL / PL-SQL.Experience with data integration and APIs.Experience working within an Agile environment.Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders.Fluent professional English.Nice to havePython.PQL / Celonis Process Query Language.Previous experience within banking, mortgage or lending processes.Financial-services experience.Process optimisation / continuous-improvement experience.This is a 12-month contract opportunity with an ASAP start and is open to professionals based in Spain or Portugal.
