The salary positioning within the range will be defined on the basis of the skills, responsibilities and factors inherent to the specific role.Welfare & Benefits: Structured corporate welfare plan and meal vouchers.Key Responsibilities:Component Inspection: Perform hands-on analysis and incoming inspections on complex parts and sub-assemblies (electrical, mechanical, and electromechanical).Non-Conformity Management & Problem Solving: Manage the full lifecycle of non-conformities (internal, supplier, and customer), implementing effective corrective and preventive actions using structured methodologies (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa diagram).Validation & Audits: Collaborate on technical supplier evaluations and new product validations. Update control plans and serve as the internal point of contact for audits (ISO 9001 and second-party supplier audits).RequirementsIdeal Candidate Profile:Experience: At least 4–5 years of experience in Product or Supplier Quality within manufacturing companies operating in the electromechanical or industrial component sectors.Technical Hard Skills: Fluent reading of mechanical engineering drawings, autonomous use of measuring instruments, and understanding of mechanical and electrical assembly logic. Strong familiarity with 8D and FMEA methodologies.Language Skills: Good command of English to communicate effectively with international customers and partners (essential requirement).Attitude & Soft Skills: Technical authority, team spirit, and a strong hands-on problem-solving orientation directly on the shop floor.Do you want to become a key pillar of quality for a rapidly expanding company?
