In this role, you will be responsible for driving the technical direction of our data pipelines and data warehouse layers, ensuring the robustness, scalability, and reliability of our Patient Finder product. As a key leader, you will oversee end-to-end design and delivery of data platforms, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor engineering colleagues. Your expertise will help standardize data engineering practices, optimize operational efficiency, and enhance data quality across our platforms. This is a hands-on leadership position requiring a blend of technical proficiency, strategic thinking, and team management skills.
