As a Salesforce CRM Technical Architect at Blue Harvest, you will lead the architecture, design, and implementation of complex Salesforce ecosystems for leading financial institutions. You will combine deep Salesforce expertise with strategic advisory capabilities, helping clients modernize legacy landscapes, accelerate digital transformation, and unlock business value through Financial Services Cloud, Agentforce, and AI-powered customer engagement solutions.In this role you will be working on:Designing scalable, secure, and future-proof Salesforce CRM solutions using Financial Services Cloud and Agentforce capabilitiesLeading enterprise-wide Salesforce transformation and legacy-to-Salesforce migration programs, including architecture, data migration, integration, and deployment strategiesArchitecting customer-centric Financial Services Cloud solutions using Client 360, Financial Accounts, Relationship Groups, Person Accounts, Action Plans, and Interaction SummariesDefining integration strategies across enterprise platforms using REST APIs, SOAP services, MuleSoft, Boomi, and other middleware technologiesProviding technical leadership on Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Platform Events, and Salesforce best practicesDriving AI-enabled customer engagement capabilities through Agentforce and Salesforce AI innovationsCollaborating with business stakeholders, architects, product owners, and delivery teams to align business objectives with technical solutionsEnsuring compliance with regulatory and security requirements including GDPR, KYC, AML, and enterprise governance standards.Your ProfileYou Have:Extensive experience designing and delivering enterprise Salesforce solutions, including Financial Services Cloud implementationsProven hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce and AI-powered CRM capabilitiesDeep knowledge of Salesforce architecture, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Data Cloud, security models, and enterprise integrationsExperience leading large-scale CRM transformation and legacy modernization programsStrong stakeholder management and consulting skills with the ability to engage both business and technical leadershipYou make conscious use of AI tools, critically evaluate their output, and leverage technology to deliver innovative customer experiencesPreferred certifications:Salesforce Application ArchitectSalesforce System ArchitectSalesforce AI SpecialistSalesforce Data Cloud ConsultantFinancial Services Cloud Accredited ProfessionalMuleSoft CertificationThese criteria provide an indication of the profile we are looking for.
