We invest significantly in artificial intelligence (AI), exploring its potential to develop innovative solutions and improve our products and services .Join an agile team where you can enhance your technical skills by participating in challenging and scalable projects in the field of software development.In a fast-paced development environment focused on growth and innovation, you will be responsible for translating requirements into code to create, improve and maintain high-quality software.In particular, you will:Design, develop, and maintain software solutions in Java/Spring and/or .NET within a modern IAM ecosystem, built on a cloud-native, event-driven microservices architecture.Write code to extend and customize IAM platforms, including custom authentication flows, extension points, plugins, and API integrations.Design and develop REST APIs and backend services to integrate identity and access management capabilities across enterprise applications.Contribute to the automation, deployment, and continuous improvement of IAM services through CI/CD practices and infrastructure automation.What skills are we looking for?At least 5 years of professional experience in software development, with strong hands-on expertise in Java (Spring Framework) and/or .NET.Experience designing and developing microservices-based and event-driven architectures (REST APIs, containers, message brokers such as Kafka, RabbitMQ or Azure Service Bus).Proven experience in the Identity & Access Management (IAM) domain, with a focus on integrating, extending, or customizing IAM platforms through software development.Proven experience working with authentication and identity platforms such as Okta, Auth0, Keycloak, Entra ID (Azure AD), Duende, or similar solutions.Strong knowledge and practical application of modern authentication and security protocols, including OAuth 2.0 and/or SAML.Demonstrated ability to effectively leverage modern AI coding assistants to enhance software development productivity and code quality.Advanced proficiency in English (C1 level).Experience in the authorization domain, including policy modelling and implementation using Open Policy Agent (OPA) or similar technologies will be considered a plus.Do you recognize yourself in the skills we’re looking for?
