You will act as the link between business users, IT teams, Product Owners, Service Managers and external suppliers.This role suits someone who is service-oriented, technically strong and comfortable coordinating incidents, changes and continuous improvements across multiple teams.ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain one or more business-critical applications and services.Ensure continuity, stability and performance of applications.Act as the key contact between users, IT teams and external suppliers.Coordinate incidents, problems and change requests.Translate functional requirements into clear change requests and solutions.Work closely with Product Owners, Service Managers, Scrum Masters and Agile teams.Maintain functional and technical documentation.Support releases, application changes and service improvements.Assist with communication towards end users and customers.Identify opportunities to improve applications, processes and service delivery.Prioritise workload effectively and manage stakeholder expectations.RequirementsHBO working and thinking level.Minimum 3 years of experience within an Agile/Scrum environment.Experience in Functional Application Management or a similar role.Good knowledge of Service Management.Experience with DevOps and Service Management tooling.Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills.Experience coordinating incidents and changes across multiple teams.Proactive, service-oriented and solution-focused.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Excellent Dutch and English communication skills.Nice to HaveKnowledge or experience with:BiSLITILISO 27001DevOps processes and methodologiesAdditional InformationThis position is not open to ZZP/freelance candidates.A valid passport or identity card is required.A VOG/background check is required before starting.CV and motivation must be tailored to the assignment and submitted in Dutch.
