The goal is to make AI practical, controlled, and truly embedded in how modern organizations operate.Our team spans across France, Spain, and the United States, and our vision is backed by 6 international investment funds.To accelerate our growth, we're looking for a talented Software Engineer to join our Engineering team and help us build an innovative product that will make a real impact on how thousands of users work every day.TasksYou’ll shape our core AI framework and backend, taking full ownership of backend features. You will build scalable, secure and high-performance systems integrating with AI while collaborating closely with product, data and engineering teams.More specifically, you will:Build robust backend services for AI systems (RAG, model orchestration, vector databases)Design scalable APIs integrating LLMs and AI workflowsEnsure security, observability, and performance across our infrastructureAutomate deployment pipelines, monitoring, and testingParticipate in architecture and tech stack decisionsDocument and share technical knowledgeDrive continuous improvement of our AI platform with innovative solutionsRequirementsTechnical background5+ years of experience with Node.js + TypeScript stack (NestJS/React)Hands-on experience (or strong familiarity) with AI/ML integration (LLMs, RAG, or similar)Solid understanding of backend architecture, scalability, and security best practicesExperience with databases, authentication, and cloud platformsFamiliar with CI/CD, Git workflows, and agile methodologiesBonus: familiarity with other backend programming languages (go, python, ...)Soft skillsStrong technical communicationAgile mindset focused on product and business valueAbility to document architectural decisionsBalance between code quality and delivery speedTechnical English requiredBenefitsHealth insurance provided by the employerFlexible working hoursHybrid remote workDaily use of English through close collaboration with teams in the US and FranceOur office is situated in a lively innovation hub, offering access to local meetups, events, and a strong professional community.Contract type: Full-timeDepartment: EngineeringStart date: As soon as possibleInterested in this opportunity?
