The platform is designed to provide customers with easy access to documentation, installers, and license management tools.You will collaborate with experienced developers and gain insight into real-world software development processes. This role provides an excellent opportunity to strengthen your technical skills while contributing to meaningful solutions for our customers.You will join an international team of around 15 colleagues, including software developers, project managers, and administrative staff, working together in a collaborative and supportive environment.Your key responsibilities may include:Maintaining and improving an existing WordPress-based customer support websiteDeveloping new features using PHP and MySQLSupporting the implementation of functionalities such as:Customer access to product documentationDownload of product installersSoftware license allocation and managementAssisting with the future development of features such as:Customer support ticket systemProduct knowledge base / wiki pagesEnsuring the website remains stable, functional, and user-friendlyBring your expertise into playWe are looking for a student who is currently in their 3rd or 4th year of HBO or an equivalent level of study.
