You will join an international project focused on transferring production and test infrastructure from Canada to Poland for advanced electronic products. You will support the development and implementation of test systems used in the production environment and work closely with engineering teams, production teams, and external suppliers.The project is carried out in close cooperation with teams from Poland, Canada, and the USA. The role requires on-site presence at the production facility in Niepołomice, as well as occasional business trips related to knowledge transfer, implementation, and the launch of new solutions.Due to the international nature of the project, meetings outside standard working hours may occasionally be required.This role is ideal for someone who feels comfortable working at the intersection of electronics, production, and testing, and who enjoys having a real impact on technical decisions, the development of test infrastructure, and the successful implementation of new products. Your tasks Define and develop testing strategies for electronic products and new production implementationsDesign, develop, and optimize test systems for PCBAs and finished productsDefine requirements for testing, programming, validation, and production readiness of new solutionsCollaborate with test system suppliers and participate in evaluating and implementing proposed technical solutionsCoordinate activities related to production transfer, the launch of new test stations, and the introduction of new productsAnalyze and resolve technical issues related to test systems and production infrastructureWork closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to ensure the quality and reliability of implemented solutionsParticipate in the validation, qualification, and technical acceptance of test systemsSupport equipment relocation activities and ensure the ongoing maintenance of equipment in the production environmentRequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience in electronics testing, test systems, or manufacturing engineeringHands-on experience in testing PCBAs and electronic devices in a production environmentKnowledge of technologies such as Boundary Scan, JTAG, ICT, AOI, and Functional TestExperience in designing, implementing, or maintaining test systemsFamiliarity with NI TestStand, LabVIEW, or NI PXI platformsExperience working with suppliers of equipment, test systems, or industrial automation solutionsAbility to analyze technical issues and propose effective solutionsExperience with production transfers, New Product Introduction (NPI), validation, or qualification of test systemsExcellent command of English, enabling effective communication and collaboration in an international environment Nice to have Experience in coordinating the relocation of production lines and testing stationsFamiliarity with safety compliance requirements and standards (e.g., EMC, LVD)Job no.
