Your responsibilities, Lead end-to-end design initiatives, taking ownership from product discovery through delivery., Translate user needs, business goals, research findings, and product strategy into intuitive user experiences., Design user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces in Figma., Collaborate closely with UX Researchers by supporting research planning, participating in research activities, synthesizing insights, and translating findings into product solutions., Work with BI and product analytics to identify opportunities, validate hypotheses, and support data-informed design decisions., Analyze user needs, market trends, competitor products, and business requirements to inform product strategy., Design within and contribute to an established Design System, ensuring consistency and scalability across the platform., Collaborate daily with Product Managers, Developers, QA Engineers, Researchers, BI Analysts, and business stakeholders throughout the product development process., Present design concepts, communicate design rationale, gather feedback, and iterate based on user insights and business priorities., Partner closely with engineering teams during implementation to ensure high-quality execution of design solutions.
