These assignments require coordination across government departments and sit outside the organisation's standard business processes.The programme focuses, among other things, on recovery activities and innovative ways of working, including Artificial Intelligence and process automation.The programme is involved in several initiatives, including work related to debt restructuring requests, subsidy schemes and digital recovery processes.The assignment :The Senior Automation / Gen-AI Expert will lead and be responsible for delivering substantial projects and programmes and will coordinate project teams.The role requires:Extensive knowledge and experience in programming, AI and automation technologiesExperience using Large Language Models (LLMs)Knowledge of LangChain and LlamaIndex is advantageousExperience with Deep LearningStrong Python experiencePyTorch and Keras experience is advantageousExperience with Microsoft Azure Cloud ServicesAzure OpenAI and Document Intelligence experience is advantageousKnowledge and experience with backend developmentExperience with REST APIsExperience integrating different systemsExperience working in an Agile environment, preferably ScrumA continuous-improvement and process-optimisation mindsetStrong communication skills, particularly when explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersProject management skills, including managing timelines and coordinating teamsExcellent Dutch language skillsPrevious BZB programme experience is advantageousMust be available full-time / 36 hours per week
