Retail Hub is looking for a Junior AI Transformation Specialist to join its team.We work with retailers, brands, startups and technology partners on innovation, scouting, training and transformation projects. We are looking for a person who can help us turn the opportunities offered by AI into concrete solutions that are easy to use and genuinely applicable to the business.The role will have a dual focus:improving Retail Hub’s internal processes through AI tools, automation and new ways of working;supporting client companies in their AI assessment, training and practical adoption journeys.The position sits at the intersection of consulting, innovation, project management and operational implementation. We are not necessarily looking for a pure developer, but for someone who can understand a business need, identify the most appropriate tools and contribute to the implementation of the solution.What you will do:1) Internal transformationAnalyze and map the processes of different teams.Identify manual, repetitive or inefficient activities that can be improved through AI.Select and evaluate AI, no-code and low-code tools.Design and implement automated workflows and AI assistants.Collaborate on the integration of tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Teams, CRM systems and operational platforms.Contribute to the development of systems for transcription, summarization, information management and content generation.Build prompt libraries, knowledge bases and internal guidelines.Contribute to the development of our command center for managing events, participants, sponsors, activities and pipeline.Test the solutions developed, collect feedback and monitor their level of adoption.2) Project for Client CompaniesParticipate in assessments and interviews with business stakeholders.Analyze processes, tools and the level of AI maturity within organizations.Help identify and prioritize concrete use cases.Contribute to the development of adoption roadmaps.Prepare and facilitate workshops, bootcamps and training sessions.Create demonstrations, prototypes and proof of concepts.Carry out scouting activities for startups, solutions and technology partners.Coordinate project activities with clients and external providers.Prepare presentations, reports and project documentation.Support the team in developing commercial proposals.We are looking for someone with:1–3 years of experience in areas such as innovation, consulting, automation, digital transformation, project management or AI tool adoption;hands-on professional experience using generative AI tools;the ability to analyze a process and translate a business need into an operational solution;strong organizational and project management skills;a curious, pragmatic and experimentation-oriented mindset;good communication and relationship-building skills with both technical and business stakeholders;the ability to independently manage small projects or workstreams;attention to quality and the ability to document work effectively;fluent Italian;professional English, both written and spoken.Professional proficiency in both languages is a required qualification.A plus:Professional experience with ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini or similar tools.Knowledge of Make, Zapier, n8n or Power Automate.Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and project management tools.Experience building no-code or low-code workflows.Knowledge of prompt engineering.Experience preparing or facilitating workshops.Ability to create simple prototypes and proof of concepts.Interest in privacy, AI governance and the responsible use of artificial intelligence.Experience in consulting firms, startups, innovation agencies or technology companies.Knowledge of all the tools listed is not required.
