Join a large financial institution in Africa as a Salesforce Developer, contributing to enterprise-scale Salesforce initiatives focused on Financial Services Cloud. Success in this role means delivering scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions while collaborating effectively with architects, functional teams, integration specialists, and business stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL, OmniStudio suite and, Salesforce automation.Configure and extend Financial Services Cloud capabilities to support complex financial-services business processes.Develop integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and integration platforms such as MuleSoft.Translate business and technical requirements into robust Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.Apply Salesforce best practices for security, data modeling, performance, scalability, and maintainability.Participate in technical design reviews, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.Collaborate with Salesforce Architects, Business Analysts, Administrators, and other development teams.Troubleshoot complex technical issues and proactively identify opportunities for improving system performance and reliability.Contribute to a strong engineering culture through documentation, knowledge sharing, and adherence to development standards.QualificationsStrong professional*experience developing on the Salesforce Platform.Hands-on experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC) in enterprise implementations.Strong Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce platform development skills.Experience with Salesforce integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or MuleSoft.Solid understanding of Salesforce security, data modeling, governor limits, and platform architecture.Experience working within large or complex enterprise Salesforce environments.Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Consultant certification is a must.Additional Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer, Platform Developer II, or Integration Architect are a strong advantage.Experience in banking, insurance, wealth management, or other financial-services environments is highly desirable.
