Information about the position Job description, responsibilities and dutiesAs our new Quality Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring that our products and manufacturing processes consistently meet the highest quality standards. By driving quality improvements, supporting problem-solving activities, and ensuring compliance with quality requirements, you will help deliver reliable products that meet customer expectations and business objectives.Working in a dynamic manufacturing environment, you will collaborate closely with production, engineering, supply chain, suppliers, and customers to strengthen quality processes, reduce defects, and support a culture of continuous improvement.What You'll Be DoingLead quality improvement initiatives and drive corrective and preventive actions to enhance product and process performance.Investigate quality issues and resolve non-conformities in collaboration with manufacturing, suppliers, and customers.Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve quality processes, reduce defects, and increase customer satisfaction.Monitor quality performance, maintain quality documentation, ensure compliance with quality standards, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.Apply and support quality methodologies and standards, including APQP, PPAP, FMEA, 8D, MSA, IATF 16949, and ISO 9001, to ensure robust quality processes and sustainable business performance.
