The NatCat Engineering Manager leads the engineering organization responsible for delivering and operating critical Natural Catastrophe (NatCat) platforms and systems. The role combines engineering leadership, people management, technical strategy, and operational accountability to ensure reliable, scalable, and business-aligned technology solutions that support Swiss Re's business strategies. You will drive engineering excellence, enable high-performing teams, partner with business stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives across the NatCat technology landscape. The role requires balancing long-term platform evolution with operational stability and business delivery commitments.
