⭐About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Facility Engineer to join our IDC (Internet Data Center) operations team. In this role, you will help ensure the stability, availability, and security of critical data center infrastructure, including power supply, HVAC, and low-voltage electrical systems. You will perform on-site duties, respond to incidents promptly, and contribute to continuous improvement in operational efficiency.⭐Key Responsibilities On-Site Duty & Emergency ResponsePerform 5×8 on-site duties at the IDC as per client requirements.Arrive on-site promptly outside working hours in accordance with IT operations incident management guidelines. Infrastructure Monitoring & Data AccuracyUpdate and maintain infrastructure information with 100% accuracy.Regularly check platform alarm settings and monitor system availability and stability. Facility Inspection & MaintenanceConduct facility inspections in line with the client's requirements (Alibaba), including facility status checks, maintenance/repair MOP (Method of Procedure) review, and follow-up. Incident Response & ReportingRespond quickly and arrive on-site according to IT operations incident management guidelines.Handle incidents promptly following EOP (Emergency Operation Procedure) and report them accordingly. Infrastructure Fault DiagnosisMaintain a strong understanding of IDC infrastructure, including power supply, HVAC, and low-voltage electrical systems.Quickly locate faults and restore services in the event of an incident. Operational EfficiencyApply knowledge of infrastructure monitoring, capacity management, security management, and availability management to improve operational efficiency. Change ManagementIndependently create and implement change MOPs, ensuring no incidents occur due to operational changes. Additional DutiesComplete other tasks as outlined in the Service Contract, Outsourcing Requirement Specification, and related attachments.⭐Qualifications Educational BackgroundFull-time associate degree or equivalent and above.Preferred major: Electrical Engineering, HVAC, or related fields.
