Full Stack EngineerWe're looking for a Full Stack Engineer to help build and evolve the products used every day by thousands of clinics and millions of patients. You'll own product features end-to-end, from backend logic to the interface the user actually touches.Our frontend is built in React and TypeScript; our backend runs in PHP today and is evolving toward a modern, microservices-based architecture, with AI at the core of how we build. PHP or Typescript experience is highly valued, but we also welcome candidates with solid experience in other object-oriented languages (e.g. Rust, Go etc.) who are eager and comfortable to work with PHP.Good command of SQL databases.Experience with automated testing.Comfortable working across the full stack.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Nice-to-haveExperience with microservice / distributed-system architectures.Previous work migrating legacy systems to modern stacks.Experience with Docker and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).Experience in SaaS, multi-tenant, or healthcare/regulated domains.✨ What We OfferWe value a healthy work-life balance and long-term growth.
