We are looking for a System Administrator (m/w/d) who identifies with most of the following: What the role is about You will own all of our internal systems – from accounts and access to hardware and software tooling You will set up new starters end-to-end: devices, accounts, access rights, so day one just works You will run offboarding just as smoothly, making sure access is revoked and equipment is returned without any loose ends You own our internal IT security and ensure that we are compliant with relevant AI and ISO regulations internally You will keep our internal tech stack running reliably and be the first point of contact when something breaks You will work with our stack: Microsoft 365, macOS, Jira and the wider Atlassian ecosystem, GitHub, Miro, and AI tools including Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and GitHub Copilot, managing accounts, access, licenses, and configurations across these platforms. You will automate recurring tasks and document processes, so our IT scales smoothly as we grow beyond 45 people You will be a key contributor in growing our high-impact start-up and shaping our identity – both internally and externally You will be part of a team where you can fully be yourself 😊 What you bring Knowing how to run internal systems, hands-on: You have 3+ years of relevant experience in IT/systems administration, ideally with exposure to a fast-growing or start-up environment. Solving problems fast: You quickly anticipate, analyze and fix issues – and you love automating whatever breaks twice. Owning end-to-end: You're comfortable being the go-to person for internal systems and on/offboarding, from setup to troubleshooting – and you document your setup so others can step in when needed. Thinking security first: You have hands-on experience with identity & access management, device management and IT security best practices – experience with ISO 27001 is a plus. Being dedicated: You don't have to master everything, yet you fully support the team to reach our goals in a result-oriented way of working while fostering a culture of caring. Dealing with ambiguity: Even if some challenges are vaguely defined, you make sense of what needs to be done. See it. Say it. Sort it!
