Strategic Staffing Solutions Client is currently seeking experienced Data / AI Engineers to help transform complex data into meaningful business value. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in data engineering, AI, and cloud technologies to design and deliver scalable solutions using Dataiku, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and other leading industry tools.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate within the Data & AI Factory team to support data operations and AI initiatives for the client.Design, develop, maintain, and troubleshoot data pipelines, data models, and transformation processes.Contribute to the implementation and support of data observability solutions that enhance data quality and reliability.Transform raw data into actionable business insights by delivering tailored solutions aligned with client needs.Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, acting as a trusted technical advisor.Demonstrate technical leadership and best practices through hands-on contribution and leading by example.Please note: This role may involve participation in an on-call rotation, including occasional overnight and weekend support.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.Strong experience with Python development.Working knowledge of Go (Golang).Solid experience with DBT.Strong proficiency in SQL.Good knowledge of Power BI.Experience with Vertex AI and Dataiku (Dataiku certification is considered a significant advantage).Understanding of Agile software development methodologies and familiarity with ITIL best practices.Knowledge of data management and analytics technologies, including:Relational and NoSQL databasesData warehousing concepts and designETL/ELT pipelinesHands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) data services and products.Experience with workflow orchestration tools such as Airflow or Dagster.Familiarity with data ingestion platforms such as Fivetran or Airbyte.Experience working with the Hadoop ecosystem and technologies such as Apache Spark, Pig, or Hive.Professional fluency in English and PolishSalary: 13,000 - 19,000 PLN gross month
