In this role, you will lead client projects that require a strong mix of architecture, delivery, and implementation. Depending on the project phase and client needs, your focus may lean more toward solution design, technical consulting, or hands-on engineering, but you will always remain close to the code and the outcome.This is a role for someone who feels at home in a client environment, makes pragmatic technical decisions with confidence, and leads by doing.What you will be doingOwn technical delivery end to end: You will take responsibility for technical decisions, architecture, implementation quality, and delivery outcomes across client projects.Stay hands-on in the codebase: This is not a pure leadership role.
