Ready to set the tone with Believe ?Job DescriptionWhy this role existsBelieve has a clear ambition: transform how business processes run across the company by deploying AI and agentic technologies at scale. The Agentic & Automation Factory is the internal team driving that, building solutions across Believe and TuneCore that create real, measurable impact. This role is central to that mission. What you'll doYou'll run 2-4 projects at a time, some small and fast, some larger. For each one:Go on the ground with business teams to understand how work actually happens and identify what can be optimizedDefine what's worth building and why, and be able to defend that prioritization to a VP.Own the outcome: build the solution yourself or work alongside a builder on more complex projects.Measure what shipped: time saved, cost avoided, adoption. Present it to stakeholders and iterate.Recent examples: contract analysis pipelines for label acquisitions, catalogue ingestion acceleration, fraud detection on incoming releases, AI-powered track recommenders for marketing campaigns. What makes this role unusualThe team is transverse, working across product, engineering, finance, ops, and artist support without formal authority. This is an environment where you navigate uncertainty, earn trust by making other teams’ work easier, and create alignment by demonstrating value. You'll be working with VP-level stakeholders daily, and you need to be as comfortable in that room as you are debugging a workflow. Expect roughly 60% project ownership and stakeholder alignment, 40% hands-on build.Qualifications6 to 7 years in a senior product, automation, or technical lead role, with things actually shipped, not just specified.Hands-on experience with low-code automation tools and some exposure to building in code: agents, integrations, or CI pipelines. Curious about both, comfortable switching between them.Experience designing or building an agentic system, thinking through orchestration, platform architecture, and deployment, is a strong plus.Used to working with VP-level and above as a normal part of the job: discovery, alignment, results.Comfortable navigating ambiguity and moving fast when the path isn't fully defined.Additional InformationSET THE TONE WITH US:Working at Believe means having individual and collective impact in a fast-growing company! At all stages of their careers, Believers are an important part of what we are doing: shaping the future of the music industry. We need teams that truly reflect the diversity of our clients: our international presence is an inspiring and enriching work environment for each one of us, with daily opportunities to connect with our colleagues all over the world. We have two hearts at Believe - our People and our Artists. We believe in THE POWER OF OUR PEOPLE, who grow every day to develop their potential… We aim to provide our Believers with the best environment to thrive. ROCK THE JOB Tailor-made training and coaching program Remote working policyA wellness program "Pauses" with many activities and animations in-houseAccess to Eutelmed, a digital mental health and well-being platform that allows you to speak with an experienced psychologistA healthy and eco-responsible company restaurantIndividual or family health insuranceCSE benefits A rooftopA gym with free classesSING IN HARMONY Ambassador program: an employee volunteering initiative dedicated to all Believers interested in having a positive impact on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), wellbeing and the planet.Implementation of the sustainable mobility package “Forfait mobilité durable” => Reimbursement of up to 600€ for public transport/low carbon footprint5 calendar days 2nd parent leave with 100% pay (in addition to the legal paternity or adoption leave)We are committed to having a workforce that is representative of the community it serves at all levels of the organisation.
