This role offers the opportunity to influence product direction, drive technical initiatives, and work across both backend and frontend development within a collaborative Agile environment.You will act as a Topic Driver, owning complex roadmap initiatives from design through delivery while partnering closely with Product Owners, architects, engineers, and business stakeholders. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and deliver strategic road-map epics as a technical owner and topic driver.Collaborate with Product Owners and domain experts to shape product vision and technical direction.Design scalable, resilient solutions across multiple teams and systems.Develop backend services using Kotlin and JVM technologies.Contribute to frontend development using modern JavaScript frameworks and TypeScript.Drive engineering excellence through pair programming, ensemble programming, code reviews, and testing best practices.Support and evolve event-driven architectures and distributed systems.Participate in Agile ceremonies including refinement sessions, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.Manage releases through CI/CD pipelines and support production deployments.Automate infrastructure and deployments in cloud environments such as AWS or Azure.Promote a "you build it, you run it" DevOps culture. Essential Skills and ExperienceMust be Polish-speaking 5+ years' commercial software engineering experience.Strong backend development experience using Kotlin and other JVM technologies (Java/Scala).Solid understanding of software engineering best practices, clean code principles, and design patterns.Experience building event-driven systems using messaging or streaming technologies.Strong system design and architecture experience.Practical experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).Experience with CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and DevOps practices.Frontend development experience using modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue, with TypeScript.Strong testing experience across unit and integration testing.Excellent communication skills and fluent English.
