Hi there, We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join a high performing engineering team that is currently executing a large scale cloud migration program. You will play a key role in improving reliability, scalability, performance and operational excellence across critical platforms and services. The team consists of approximately seven engineers with planned growth and works closely with software development and platform engineering teams. This position combines software engineering and operations, with a strong focus on automation, observability, infrastructure reliability and continuous improvement.ResponsibilitiesDrive cloud migration initiatives alongside senior engineering stakeholders.Design, build and maintain reliable, scalable and secure platforms and applications.Own services throughout their lifecycle including deployment, monitoring, performance optimization and operational support.Lead incident response activities, troubleshooting efforts and root cause analysis.Improve observability through monitoring, alerting, metrics and capacity planning.Automate operational processes and reduce manual effort across the platform landscape.Collaborate with engineering teams on architecture, reliability and operational best practices.Create and maintain documentation, runbooks and operational procedures.Mentor and support engineers.Required Skills10+ years of experience within Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, Platform Engineering or similar environments.Strong software engineering background with Java.Extensive AWS experience.Hands on experience with Kafka and Terraform.Experience with modern CI/CD tooling and practices.Strong knowledge of Grafana and Prometheus.Proven track record in incident management and automation.Strong architectural and system design capabilities.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
