You ensure its stability, security, and performance while continuously improving automation, monitoring, and reliability. Working with cross-functional teams, you help deliver a scalable, high-performing virtual workplace and drive ongoing platform improvements using modern engineering practices.- Design, operate, and continuously improve Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops platform- Support core components: Delivery Controllers, StoreFront, PVS, NetScaler/ADC, Ivanti UWM- Manage lifecycle activities (image updates, maintenance, upgrades)- Collaborate with security on vulnerability management, patching, and remediation- Troubleshoot complex platform and infrastructure issues- Analyze incidents and drive reliability improvements- Contribute to monitoring, observability, and reliability metrics- Ensure platform availability, performance, and resilience- Improve efficiency through automation and standardization- Develop automation using PowerShell, Ansible and Terraform- Simplify operations and reduce manual effort- Enhance monitoring with Grafana, Citrix Director, and ControlUp- Use data and metrics to drive platform improvements- Define and support reliability indicators (availability, performance, operations)- Collaborate with infrastructure, workplace, and engineering teams- Contribute to engineering initiatives and platform improvements- Promote best practices and knowledge sharing- Support a culture of ownership, reliability, and continuous improvementThis role is suitable for candidates off all genders.
