This role will be responsible for analyzing operational and commercial metrics, identifying trends, providing recommendations to guide strategic decision-making, and leading productivity analysis across content production teams.The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with business acumen and can effectively communicate insights to stakeholders at all levels.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and analyze dashboards and reports that measure content production performance, operational efficiency, quality, and business impact.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including productivity, throughput, cycle time, SLA adherence, quality, and resource utilization.Lead productivity analysis to identify improvement opportunities, bottlenecks, and efficiency gains across the content production workflow.Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations that support operational and strategic decision-making.Partner with Production, Operations, Business and Solutions teams to define success metrics and measure initiatives.Perform root cause analysis to understand performance trends and recommend corrective actions.Build forecasting models and capacity planning analyses to support the production and traffic leads with resource allocation and workload management.Identify automation opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven recommendations.Present findings and executive-level summaries to leadership and key stakeholders.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.3–5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or operational analytics.Advanced proficiency in SQL.Strong experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Airtable and Smartsheet.Advanced Excel skills.Experience working with large datasets and building automated reporting solutions.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain data to non-technical audiences.Preferred QualificationsExperience in content production environments.Understanding of workflow optimization to support Operations with improvement suggestions.Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.Success In This Role Will Be Measured ByDelivery of accurate, timely, and actionable reporting.Improved visibility into operational performance through effective dashboards.Identification and implementation of productivity improvement opportunities.Data-driven recommendations that influence business and operational decisions.Increased efficiency and optimization of the Content Factory production process.High stakeholder satisfaction with analytics support and insights.What We OfferTemporary contract Competitive salary, negotiable according to experience. 23 working days of vacation (+ 2 long weekends of your choice).
