This role is responsible for ensuring the technical accuracy, scope governance, and quality compliance of outsourced pre-commissioning services across Europe. Acting as the technical authority and quality gatekeeper, the role will drive standardized processes, maintain configuration accuracy and traceability, prevent scope creep, and ensure consistent service quality. The position requires regular on-site collaboration with external pre-commissioning service partners.Key Responsibilities1. SOP & Technical GovernanceOwn and maintain the Pre-Commissioning SOP frameworkDefine standard scope vs add-on service scopeApprove technical change requestsDefine and maintain standard time benchmarks2. HPU GovernanceReview and approve HPU requestsPrevent scope creep in service operationsConvert recurring HPUs into standardized service scope3. Quality & TraceabilityConduct sample audits of processed unitsVerify device configuration accuracyEnsure serial number and data traceabilityPrepare documentation for customer audits4. Technical Issue HandlingInvestigate service-induced failuresLead root cause analysis (RCA)Implement corrective actions with service partnersProfile5+ years experience in EV charging, commissioning, or industrial electronicsEngineering background, preferably in mechatronics, electronics, mechanical engineering, or a related discipline.Solid understanding of OCPP and backend configurationExperience with EMS partners or service operationsStrong process governance and quality management mindsetExperience in technical SOP development and service standardizationNice to HaveExperience with AC and/or DC EV charging systems.Familiarity with OCPP and backend configuration.Knowledge of EV charger hardware and electrical systems.Experience in supplier or external service partner management.Language SkillsProfessional proficiency in both English and Chinese is required, as the role involves regular communication with European partners and HQ.Additional European language skills are a plus.Key Success MeasuresHigh configuration accuracy and pre-commissioning audit performance.
