About The RoleWe're looking for a Mobile Application Engineer, specializing in React Native, with a mobile-first mindset and an understanding of native development, to help drive our projects forward. As part of the Netherlands Cluster, you will play a key role in developing new features and improving the overall experience of our mobile apps for the Dutch market.You will join our frontend team, delivering products and features end to end. Working closely with product managers, designers, backend and web engineers, and our QA team, you will contribute to a broad variety of initiatives, including taking our Bonus features and user onboarding to the next level.You Will Be Responsible ForDevelop and maintain high-quality React Native applications for both iOS and AndroidEnsuring a smooth, engaging and intuitive user experienceWorking on apps for the Netherlands market, such as BetMGM and LeoVegasImproving and enhancing applications with a strong product focusEssential SkillsOUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:At least 5 years of experience as a mobile developer for Android and iOSStrong, hands-on experience with React NativeProficiency in TypeScriptGood understanding of core JavaScript principles and conceptsExperience with cloud integrationsExperience with REST APIs, GraphQL and version controlFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelinesNICE TO HAVESExperience writing unit testsHands-on experience optimizing mobile performanceExperience with GitHub ActionsExperience with FirebaseExperience with monitoring tools such as DatadogExperience with the app release lifecycle (App Store and Google Play)Who We AreAt the core of LeoVegas Group is Team Leo.
