In this role, you will be responsible for building, deploying, and scaling large language models (LLMs) and conversational AI solutions that directly impact our customer experience and internal processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, product managers, and business stakeholders, to develop innovative AI applications that are reliable, scalable, and production-ready. Your expertise will help us explore new AI approaches, assess their business value, and continuously improve our AI products from experimentation to deployment and monitoring.
