We are looking for a Frontend Developer/Engineer to join the team behind Charisma and help build fast, reliable, and intuitive user experiences for a solution supporting complex operational and rollout processes.You will work on modern React applications and Bryntum-based user interfaces, with a strong focus on usability, performance, maintainability, and quality. Beyond delivering new functionality, you will have the opportunity to improve existing production applications, strengthen frontend architecture, and expand test automation.You will work closely with backend engineers, quality engineers, and business experts in an agile delivery environment, turning real business requirements into effective user-facing solutions. What will you do? Build and continuously improve modern frontend applications using React and TypeScriptDevelop user interfaces using JavaScript ES6+, HTML5, CSS3, and Material UIBuild and enhance Bryntum-based interfaces and componentsTurn new business requirements into intuitive and maintainable frontend functionalityIntegrate frontend applications with backend services using REST APIs and WebSocketsWork with React Hooks, React Router, Redux, and Redux ToolkitApply component-based architecture, state management, clean code principles, and design patternsImprove application responsiveness, accessibility, and overall frontend performanceContribute to Micro Frontend architecturesBuild and maintain automated frontend and UI tests using React Testing Library, Cypress, and PlaywrightApply Test-Driven Development practices where appropriateWork with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker throughout the development lifecycleParticipate in collaborative code reviews following the two-eyes principleWork in an agile environment using Scrum, Kanban, or LeSSContribute to the stabilization of the production solution and support further rollout activities You will succeed if you: have:Strong hands-on experience with ReactStrong knowledge of JavaScript ES6+, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3Experience building user interfaces with Material UIExperience integrating frontend applications with REST APIsExperience with WebSocket managementPractical experience with React Hooks, React Router, Redux, and Redux ToolkitExperience working with Bryntum ComponentsGood understanding of responsive design and accessibility, including WCAGUnderstanding of component-based architecture, state management, clean code, and design patternsExperience with frontend performance optimizationUnderstanding of Micro Frontend architecturesExperience with frontend testing and test automation using technologies such as React Testing Library, Cypress, and PlaywrightUnderstanding of Test-Driven DevelopmentPractical experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DockerExperience working in agile development environments and with JiraAnd you speak English at a minimum B2 level.Nice to Have:Experience with Single-SPA Micro FrontendExperience with Next.jsExperience with ViteExperience with GraphQLExperience with Web ComponentsExperience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Microsoft 365 Copilot Why should you choose us?
