Role - Mid-Level UI/UX Developer (React Developer)Type - B2B contract / Temporary contract with Adecco Consulting.Payrates - up to 185 PLN net+VAT/h on B2B Contract or 21 850 PLN gross/month on Temporary contractDuration - until 31st October 2027Location - Warsaw HybridMid-Level UI/UX Developer (React Developer)Experience: 8-10+ years of software development experience, with 6+ years focused on React.js development and enterprise-scale front-end applications.Job Summary We are seeking a Mid-Level UI/UX Developer with strong React.js expertise to build and maintain scalable, high-performance front-end features for client facing Portals. The ideal candidate combines solid engineering fundamentals with a working UI/UX sensibility, ensuring designs are implemented faithfully while flagging usability or consistency issues early. You will work closely with the Senior Design/Developer and backend teams to deliver modular, maintainable front-end solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop front-end features using React.js, TypeScript, and modern front-end tooling, per approved designs and the companies Design System.Build reusable UI components and contribute to shared component libraries.Collaborate with the Senior Design/Developer to ensure pixel-accurate, design-faithful implementation.Integrate front-end applications with REST APIs / backend microservices.Optimize application performance, accessibility (WCAG), and cross-browser compatibility.Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.Troubleshoot and resolve UI defects and production issues.Support automated testing (unit/integration) for front-end code.Required SkillsStrong React.js and TypeScript development experience.Solid understanding of modern front-end architecture patterns (component-based design, state management e.g. Redux/Context API).Working familiarity with design tools (e.g., Figma) — able to read, interpret, and faithfully implement designs.Experience integrating with REST/GraphQL APIs.Basic understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG).Exposure to containerized application environments and CI/CD pipelines.Nice-to-HaveExposure to Micro Frontend concepts (Module Federation).Basic SQL/database knowledge.Financial services or transfer agency domain exposureSourced from LinkedIn.
