It should feel compact and high quality, and none of the technology should be visible from the outside. The first step is a working proof of concept that shows the idea really holds up in practice.What you will do • Build a working prototype based on a compact brief • Test and compare different speaker, housing and chamber variants • Bring sound, light and the opening mechanism together into one experience • Keep iterating until the result is truly convincingWhat you bring (not all of it, but a good part) • Small speakers and electroacoustics • Audio electronics and amplifiers • Microcontrollers and embedded systems • LED and lighting control • LiPo batteries and USB-C charging electronics • CAD, 3D printing and mechanical prototyping • Fitting many components into a very small spaceYour field of study matters less to us than hands-on experience, so ideally you have already built your own hardware prototypes that actually work. You don't need to have built a product exactly like this one before.The setup • Freelance work or a part-time student job • Project-based and paid, with a fixed budget for the first phase • Remote work is possible, although being based in or near Berlin is a plus • Details about the product will be shared after signing a short NDAInterested?
