Strategic Product ManagementDefine, communicate, and execute the product vision and continuous roadmap aligned with company goals.Engage with cross-functional business stakeholders (Commercial, Operations, HR, and Leadership) to identify business pain points, refine requirements, and turn them into actionable tech initiatives.Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and analytics to identify continuous product enhancement opportunities.Evaluate integrations across foundational enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, E-commerce, and proprietary core applications) to ensure a cohesive technical ecosystem.2. Product Ownership & Agile DeliveryOwn, prioritize, and maintain the Product Backlog, ensuring user stories, feature specs, and acceptance criteria are clear and well-defined.Drive end-to-end Agile software development cycles (Sprint Planning, Refinement, Daily Standups, Demos, and Retrospectives).Serve as the primary point of contact for software engineers, architects, and QA teams to clarify requirement details and resolve delivery blockers.Define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and product health metrics to assess delivery velocity, quality, and post-launch adoption.Track and control all the costs and hours of the developments tems.3. Change Management & GovernanceEnsure proper technical documentation, user guides, and training resources are created for end-users and internal support teams.Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate features prior to production releases.Support IT governance, security standards, and data protection compliance across all digital product initiatives.Qualifications & RequirementsExperience & Technical BackgroundExperience: 5+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager, Digital Product Owner, or Technical Project Manager managing digital products/software platforms.Agile Proficiency: Hands-on expertise with Scrum/Kanban methodologies and Jira.Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of system architectures, APIs/integrations, cloud platforms, and modern enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, Magento/E-commerce platforms).Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.Key CompetenciesStakeholder Management: Outstanding communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.Analytical Mindset: Data-driven decision-making with strong problem-solving and process-mapping capabilities.Leadership & Influence: Ability to foster collaboration across multidisciplinary engineering and business teams without direct hierarchical authority.Languages: Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required; fluency in Spanish, Portuguese and Italian is a strong advantage.Equal Opportunity StatementGiunti Psychometrics is an equal opportunity employer.
